Such courses include: Co-Operative Education A co-operative education course must be based on a related course(s) from an Ontario curriculum policy document or a ministry-approved locally developed course which the student is enrolled in or has successfully completed. Turning Point Turning Point is a combination of co-op credits and independent study credits. Students attend their co-op placement three days a week to earn 2 credits (220 hours). At an off-campus location students work towards completion of their Ontario Secondary School Diploma by earning credits at their own pace for the other two days. *Admission Process: • Must be between 16 and 20 years of age and not registered at a high school. • Must be willing and able to work 3 days at their co-op placement and attend the in-class days twice a week. STEP The STEP program is designed for students entering the world of work
upon completion of secondary school. The program is appropriate for students

not completing their secondary school diploma. Some factors that will be
